MELLOW YELLOW EARRINGS
One of my favorite Tucson gemstone sellers was digging in her dad's old stock again and found these silver leaf jasper ovals with an offset hole. They are wonderful shades of gray, brown and yellow. These lampwork beads made by Becky Smith are just a perfect match and they have such fabulous patterns in the glass and some of the colors are ivory, yellow, green, gray and brown. A carved citrine leaf hangs inside the hole in the jasper. The lampwork bead is framed by sterling silver caps and citrine druzy beads. All are wire wrapped on sterling silver and are shown hanging from sterling silver, hook style ear wires. The earrings hang down for a total length of 2 3/4" (7 cm).
