How can I pay?

We use PayPal and Square as our payment processors, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can pay using your PayPal balance.

Invoices sent via paypal will be from AE Systems since that is our business name.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal or Square, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal and Square just tell us that you've paid and we ship you your purchases. We get your money through PayPal or Square.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Shipping details

  • Free domestic regular shipping. Unfortunately, due to increases in USPS postage I can't offer free international shipping.
  • Processing time - The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
  • Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or postal services.

Returns

  • Returns are not allowed on custom or personalized items.
  • Returns are allowed on regular purchases within two weeks of the arrival date of your purchase.  A full refund of the purchase price, original shipping cost (if any), and any sales tax is given when the item is received back in the condition in which it was sold. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.  Customer is responsible for return.  If insurance is not purchased and package is lost or damaged during return, seller is not responsible.

How do I find out about upcoming events/sales/...?

Just sign up for our newsletter and we'll send you periodic emails to keep you informed about the happenings at cserpentDesigns.  Or keep an eye on our Events page for upcoming events both online and in person.

Privacy Policy

We do collect your information in order to process sales and also to send you email about happenings and upcoming events.  We will retain some information as required by the tax law in regard to sales made to you (for example name, address on invoices).  We have no access to any credit card information made through paypal or square.  We have no control over what information third parties (Paypal, Square) may retain.  If you provide us with credit card information directly for processing we only use it long enough to enter it into the payment processing system.  We do not share your information with any third parties. If you sign up for our newsletter and other email advertising (either explictly through a form or by asking us to add you to our email list) you can remove yourself from receiving further contact by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email or by mailing us at jewelry@aesystems.com and requesting to be removed.
