SNAKESKIN AND URCHIN EARRINGS
Artisan handmade aqua blue and brown earrings with Russian snakeskin jasper gemstones, smoky quartz, artisan made spiky, urchin lampwork beads and sterling silver
These Russian snakeskin jasper beads were the start for this design. They have blues, browns, beiges and some crystal inclusions with a snakeskin pattern showing in various places. Above them I wire wrapped a circle of AA grade smoky quartz beads. They mimic the urchin pattern in the aqua. artisan made lampwork beads. Gem grade smoky quartz beads and sterling silver frame the urchin beads. Sterling silver caps and beads add a nice accent throughout. All are wire wrapped with sterling silver wire and hang from hook style, sterling silver ear wires. The earrings hang down for a total length of a bit more than 2 1/2" (6.4 cm). Other ear wire styles and metals are available. See below for more information.
