DARK AND SWIRLY EARRINGS
Handmade earrings - mint green and black artisan lampwork glass beads, enameled copper, black onyx, oxidized sterling silver chain and sterling silver.
I do love getting out in the garage with my torch, some bits of glass and copper! When I started enameling these copper disks I was hoping for a black background with white, spider web looking patterns. Well that didn't happen and they were pretty boring looking so I melted some chunks of colored glass on top, stirred them around to create what you see. Above them are beautiful, etched,
minty green, artisan made lampwork beads, sterling caps, black onyx and seed beads. Some nice, dark, oxidized sterling chain hangs behind and below them. They are wire wrapped with argentium sterling silver wire. They hang from hook style ear wires. They hang down about 3 1/4" (8.3 cm) to the bottom of the chain.
