VENETIAN CHRISTMAS EARRINGS
Artisan made red, green and gold earrings with Venetian beads and gold filled. These are made to order so yours will not be identical to those pictured but will be very similar.
For these earrings I will use more of the wonderful beads that I got on Murano island in Venice Italy. These beads start with an opaque pale pink base and added a layer of gold leaf. On top of that are stripes of wonderful Christmas red and green. The gold foil peeks out around the edges and more gold foil encircles the top and bottom. Gold filled beads frame these lovely Venetian glass beads. They hang inside a trio of graduated, gold filled rings. They are wire wrapped with gold filled wire and are shown hanging from gold filled, hook style ear wires. They hang down 2" (5.1 cm) from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the last ring.
